Selfscope

Refund policy

Last updated: November 7, 2026

Charges after the trial

If you're charged for a week or month of membership you didn't mean to keep, write to us within 14 days of the charge at [email protected] from your account email. We'll cancel the subscription and refund that charge in full.

Trial payment

The trial payment gives you immediate access to your reports. When you start the trial, you ask us to give you that access straight away. If something didn't work, for example a report wouldn't open, tell us and we'll fix it or refund the trial payment.

Your 14-day right to cancel (UK and EU)

If you live in the UK or the EU, the law gives you 14 days from your purchase to cancel the contract without giving a reason. Because the reports are digital content that you asked to receive straight away, this right ends for them once a report has opened for you. For the rest of the membership, if you cancel within the 14 days we refund what you paid, minus a fair amount for the days you already had access.

To use this right, tell us clearly that you want to cancel, by email to [email protected] or by post to Westpoint Technologies Limited, Unit 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Lytchett Matravers, Poole, BH16 6FA, United Kingdom. You can use the form below, but you don't have to.

Other refunds

Outside the cases above, we don't refund charges for periods that have already started. If we give a refund as a goodwill gesture, that doesn't mean we'll do the same next time.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, back to the payment method you used. They usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Your statutory rights

This policy doesn't affect your rights under consumer law. If our service is faulty, you're entitled to a repair or a refund.
